You registered in the Spring.

Flight booked. Hotel booked. Out of office scheduled. Your calendar is clear.

So why do so many people fly home from GSX with a tote bag, a stack of cards, and nothing they can point to?

Because GSX rewards a plan, and most people show up with a badge instead.

Three days, 500+ exhibitors, 200+ sessions, and 14,000 people moving through the Georgia World Congress Center. That is not a room you improvise your way through. It is a room you work.

Here is how to work it.

Five ways to get more out of three days

Map the floor before you walk it

Pull up the floor plan the night before and mark it up.

Star the booths you already know. Then mark five or six you have never heard of. Now alternate. Familiar, new, familiar, new.

Known booths are where real work gets done. Unknown booths are where you find the thing you did not know existed. You want both.

Bonus: figure out who is giving away the best free stuff.

Socks, coolers, drone demos, decent espresso, and every year a few booths quietly handing out actual cash 👀

Book the meetings that matter before you fly

The people you most want to see will have a full calendar by the Friday before the show.

Send the note now. Ask for a specific day and a specific window. Vague works out to never.

Then leave gaps. Half the value of this show is the conversation nobody scheduled, and you cannot have it while sprinting between calendar blocks.

Take Wednesday morning seriously

The hall opens at 9:30 Wednesday and closes at 2:00.

It is the calmest floor of the week. Vendors have time to answer the second and third question instead of managing a line behind you.

If there is one company you genuinely need to evaluate, go Wednesday morning. You will get the real demo instead of the thirty second version.

Write it down that night, follow up within 48 hours

Names blur. What you remember on Thursday about a Monday conversation is close to nothing.

Ten minutes each night, into your phone: who you met, what they said, what you promised. Then follow up within two days of landing.

That is the whole ballgame. Everything you do at GSX is just gathering material for the follow-up.

Go to the events that are not on the daytime schedule

The education sessions are the star of the show, the most important sessions to attend.

But the daytime schedule is not the whole show.

The receptions, the happy hours, the 5K, the breakfasts, the parties downtown. That is where people talk like people. Nobody is watching the clock, nobody is due in another session, and you get past the elevator pitch into what someone is actually dealing with this year.

One catch: most of them require an RSVP, and the good ones fill before the show opens. So handle that now, not when you land.

Here is everything we know about.

Why Stop by the RemotePhoto Booth

Almost everything on that floor waits on one thing.

Access control. Credential management. Visitor systems. The rebadge sitting on your fall calendar. None of it moves until a compliant ID photo is attached to a person's record.

That step rarely appears in the project plan. It is usually the reason the timeline slips anyway, because ID photo capture is infrastructure, not a task you check off.

That is what we build. Badge holders submit a photo from any device. Our AI crops, sizes, rotates, removes the background, and checks it against your standards. Approved photos land in your badging system ready to print. No lines. No email chains. No security team rotating images at 9 p.m.

Two minutes at our booth and you will know whether it solves your problem.
