TRANSACT eAccounts

Person data is uploaded to RemotePhoto via SSO credentials, a CSV bulk-action import (manual or automated), or via a separate partner integration to initiate the user creation process and automate photo request emails. Students can submit their photos to RemotePhoto from any device, and once approved, the images are automatically exported into your TRANSACT eAccounts environment. This ensures immediate access to digital credentials and mobile-ready IDs, allowing students to start using campus services the moment they arrive.
